Shifter linkage came loose after a different HD Dealership had fixed it 10 days earlier. They put us in the shop at 9:50 even though they didn't open until 10:00. They fixed it with a new shaft and lever and worked with the other HD shop for payment. Thanks a bunch McGrath and Ron Hitchcock who helped to make all this happen quickly.

My wife found a helmet she fell in love with at our local dealer in South Bend. Unfortunately, they did not have her size and could not order another one due to it being discontinued. McGrath HD had the helmet in her size so I called. Lexi and Katie were absolutely AMAZING to deal with. They completed the transaction over the phone and shipped the helmet, which arrived in TWO DAYS!!! They are super friendly and SUPER FAST to work with! THANK YOU, KATIE AND LEXI!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next year on our way to Sturgis will will stop in and say hello!

The associates are very nice and helpful. They don't hover over you when you are looking. The store is exceptional clean. I go there at least once a week.

This dealership makes all dreams come true. I had a wet dream the night before about motorcycles and came in and they delivered and left me feeling satisfied! Dan was amazing and really gave me what I needed!

Totally love everything about this dealership. No high pressure sales no gimmicks. Was treated like family received top dollar for trade in and rode off on the best ride in the place. My man Will made it happen! Love the victory lap celebration after purchase they really know how to put the joy into buying American iron. The walk thru each department to meet the McGrath family so you know who you will deal with for service/parts/accessories and what to expect in any future needs. Would definitely recommend to friends or family. Side note love all the extras they do for the bike community like sponsoring events and rides as well as honoring our Veterans.
